Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles into specific acupoints on the body to promote the flow of stagnant/blocked Qi.  A specific combination of points on the body are used to treat different conditions.
The energy flow of the body improves by stimulating the acupoints of the body. The better the energy flow in the body the better one feels overall.
